We are excited to introduce you to your portal! The new user-friendly portal includes all the important features you are used to – Account information, online payments, Association documents, as well as an enhanced community calendar and requests for architectural approvals and general questions for our Nova team.
If you don't see the Email and Password fields above to login: Please check the menu to the left for the "My Profile" menu option and click the dropdown arrow, and then Logout. Then you can log back in.
Login Options:
Log In With One-Time Passcode will email you a code to enter each time you login, so you don’t have to remember a password.
Log In With Your Credentials will allow you to login with your email and password. If your password is not working, you can go back to the one-time passcode option, or click the “Forgot Your Login” link to generate a password reset code. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email with the code to reach your inbox, and do not request additional password resets in the meantime. If the code you receive does not work, it is almost always due to a typo in which similar looking characters are mistaken for each other (e.g. lowercase l and capital I, or letter O and number 0).
If You Do Not Have a Login/Password: Please click the "Sign Up" link. That will take you to the Registration page. Then, fill out the fields that include Email, Name, Phone, Account, Password, Confirm Password, and Registration Key.
If you do not know your Registration Key, click the "Don't have an account number or registration key" link on the Sign Up page to be taken to the Request an Account page. There you will fill out the fields, submit your request, and a member of our team will get back to you shortly to confirm once your portal access has been set up.
