How do I reach out to Nova or my Association’s Board of Directors?
From the Home page, scroll below the login section to chat with Stella, Nova’s Digital Assistant. Once logged into the portal, you can also visit the Requests page to submit a request directly to Nova or your Board.

- If you have not yet set up your account, or forgot your login, click “Forgot your Login?” and enter your email to reset your password.
- If you don’t see the Email and Password fields, check the menu for the “My Profile” option. Click the dropdown arrow, then log out. Use your email and password to log in again.
- If the website does not recognize your password, please allow 15 minutes for the reset email. Do not request additional passwords. Make sure to type the new password exactly, including capitalization and punctuation.
- If you do not have a login or password, click “Sign Up.” Fill in your email, name, phone, account information, and registration key. If you don’t have the account number or key, use the link on the sign-up page to request it.
- If your provided email address is not on file, you will not receive a password reset email. Instead, click “Sign Up” and then “Don’t have an account number or registration key?” to go to the Request an Account page. Our team will send you your login information shortly.
